Extract icons from IP Packages

Does anyone know if there is a way to extract the icons from an IP package w/o IP installed?

@pelaird You can extract or rather open the IP package with WinRar

Or just rename the package to iconpackagename.zip

As I have found, there are many file types that are secretly just .zip files in disguise.
