Is there anything like the Galactopedia in Gal Civ 3?

In Gal Civ 2, there was a tool called the Galactopedia which was very useful for modding.

Does a similar tool exist for Gal Civ 3?  It would be very useful for custom tech trees and the like.

I think they have decided to go the route of **pedia like in Wikipedia. Try this page and see if it is what you are looking for.

I see what you are saying. For modding though, it would be a drawback as there is no wiki, which was one of the best aspects of the Galactopedia.

 

I'm thinking about trying to create a custom tech tree.
