Ok, on the subject of flipping planets, we could REALLY use a hard number on forced flipping. They say that any planet in which the ratio of your influence to theirs is 4.0 or greater will be in danger of flipping to your side. You have to start the game using the Metaverse button. If you didn't, there's no way to submit it. I made the same mistake... I know it's in the manual, but nobody reads that Perhaps there should have been a box mentioning it when you start the game the first time. I don't know, I've been playing on Normal and I'm usually first in technology by midgame. Of course part of that is because I trade everything I research to as many others as will take it, but then if I'm doing that it only seems proper that the AI do so as well.
