Kids working part-time already pay FICA taxes. They just don't owe any income tax (generally) due to their low income and dependent status. AFAIK the EIC is for poor parents, not for kids, anyway.
kryo
There is, actually, it just doesn't appear on the various game site forums (that being the reason I used the more general category).
No, sorry.
I know I get FICA.... and not sure exactly what it is and never got a clear answer when I asked.
FICA is Social Security and Medicare.
Try simply rebooting your computer, sometimes windows does not properly register the fonts on a new install.
I am unable to enter by user name and password.
How so? Does it reject it? Can you not enter it at all?
Set it to 0 in the game (labeled there as multisample), I meant. Sorry for not being clear. You might also need to turn off map glow and/or border lines, but try the AA first.
It's a point that bears restating, as it seems watertown's comment flew right past some others here: Honda, Toyota, etc., have plants right here in the US which build many of the cars they sell here. So to say that those companies can afford to spend 30% less on labor because of government "help" is flatly wrong; their circumstances are the same as those in question.
Going by the logic presented in this article (and the OP does make a good point) any and all forms of taxation are socialism and therefore evil, correct?
Public services are not the same as entitlements to particular people or groups. Infrastructure, security, defense, etc., are available to all and benefit everyone equally. Handouts do not, and thus have no place as a tax-funded government function.
WotlK :p
Driver Date: 2/16/2006 06:39:16
Those video drives are pretty old--see if the machine OEM has any newer ones available for your card.
The Geforce FX series is known to be pretty bad at anti-aliasing. Just set it to 0 in the options and it should clear that right up.
If you previously had the free version of the game, make sure to uninstall it first. If you still have trouble after that and have fast internet, you might also try simply getting impulse (which is used to get updates anyway), registering the game, and downloading it in its entirety.
Grab Impulse from impulsedriven.com, install it, and log in with your forum account. Then just click the key icon in the top-right to get to the registrations page. Once registered, the game will show up on the My Games tab to update or redownload.
Unions have actually caused jobs to be lost in this area. A nearby plant was having trouble, and made an offer to the workers: if you guys take a cut, we'll take a cut, and we can muddle on through the downturn together. The union outright refused, and as a result the company started shipping the equipment to Mexico while the workers were still picketing, so that they could afford to stay in business.
Unfortunately, the video chipsets on laptops are generally not upgradeable, and I don't believe there are any external solutions that would be gaming-capable.
I emailed support about it, but I have yet to get a reply
Make sure you at least got the autoresponse; if you didn't, it may have been spam filtered on one end or the other. Support should be able to help you. If there is indeed no serial they may be able to provide one for a scan/photo of your disc/receipt/etc.
I would assume that is service in his National Civilian Security Force?
No, though mentions of the NCSF seem to have been scrubbed as well before they scrapped the whole section (was trying to find it on google cache last night to show someone else).
I find it a bit interesting that, after people pointed out various (and in some cases alarming, for instance, compulsory community service for all middle school through university students) portions of his agenda on change.gov, it seems they got tired of trying to keep up and just removed those pages entirely.
That generally indicates that your video card does not support Shader Model 2.0, which the game requires (as above). The debug.err file located in My Documents\My Games\PolMachine2008 will tell what exactly you have, to confirm this. Unfortunately if you do indeed have an unsupported card, your only options are to return the game, or upgrade/use a different machine.
It's the copy protection. You will likely need to close or uninstall any virtual drive or cd burning software on your machine.
No particular graphics options are required for multiplayer, just that you can run the game in general (and SM 2.0 will allow that much). The GeForce FX series does have SM 2.0, so you should be able to play.
If Obama had won any states with a plurality, you might have an argument. But in those states he won, he got at or over 50% in all but Missouri, which is yet to be determined at 49-49. So half of McCain's supporters could have voted for Mickey Mouse, for all it matters, the outcome wouldn't be any different than if McCain had gotten every last non-Obama vote. Personally, I voted Libertarian. Obviously Barr had no chance (final tallies put him at about half a million votes nationwide),
He's paid by a consulting firm on a w4 basis, so yes he does qualify for unemployment in between contracts.
In that case then he's not actually an independent contractor so much as a temporary worker, which would definitely help the situation. In my case, there's no third party involved, so I've only got my own advance preparation to rely on.
I have to thank you though, for trying to shit on the only bright spot on our foreseeable horizon.[
Yes, an x300 meets the game's requirements.
