Expanding on KiloKrash's plan... If you would like to keep your Windows colors for everything except FireFox: use the Per Application settings in WindowBlinds. Add New Per Application Setting for Firefox and tell it to use your newly created modified skin, while using the original skin globally.

As far as I know every browser uses Windows' colors on web pages. It's not a WindowBlinds feature, it's a windows feature. If you use Classic Windows uncustomized by any programs and change the color of the text entry areas you get the same effect. On any browser so far as I know.

Without a doubt Sputnik grabbed me and has never let go. At the time I found Sputnik I was using kewlpAd, which had no Sputnik skin. I could not wait for someone to make one, so I did it myself. Since then any skinnable app I try for more than a week or two I will try to port Sputnik to it.

Running Ad-Aware also wouldn't hurt. I use Ad-Aware and Spybot. Oh and Windows Defender also, though I'm not entirely sure that it does anything. Also make sure that your anti-virus is actually running, sometimes a virus is programmed to terminate most common av programs.

Jaramia, the first one of just the logo the link says png, but if you click the link, then right click to save it shows up as ufc7el.th.png.jpg . Maybe Imageshack converted it to jpg when you uploaded it, forcing it to have a bg color? That also happened with the second Chuck Liddell link. The first chuck link works great though!

The fact that it was "jumping" to about where the top of the taskbar would be if it were visible, made me think it was having a problem with the taskbar hiding.

This is just a wild guess not based on any testing. Try unhiding your taskbar, moving it to the top of your desktop(or a side that doesnt have a dock on it), then rehide it.
