I second the favor point idea. But then that brings into question those support characters, like the faithful Sedna that follows you around as a healbot and pounces at all the right times but ends up only getting "winner" kind of deal... But still. Much better than wins/losses. Or rather, an interesting alternative.

"The hard-reset rule (if you don't get the monsters you want, turn the GBA off then on again) applies to EVERY method herein. Also, since you're doing a hard reset every time, you get an automatic surprise attack on the first enemy you fight the next time you turn it on." -Golden Sun item FAQ

It's un-interruptable =/ And god, the towers. They're so hard to take down.

[quote who="ntropy" reply="1" id="2467302"]Invest the points from stats into Wrap. Level 15 Wrap is really really good. I've been running a crit build for a while now, and it's fine until you match vs some good players. Then you are toast. Swift Anklet = NO. You need BotF... you can get speed with skills and with the Wand if you need it. Also if you get wrap you can catch up. This saves you 2 slots for health items... and you really need those. If you only use wrap and swap, y

After playing more, I've settled on a minion build style. I'll try and focus more on teamplay, and getting currency directly at wr3. I've moved to starting with monks, but I haven't been able to use mass charm effectively. Thanks a lot for taking the time pacov, I'll try to work on your points.

I've only had 2 or 3 games where a person rage quit in the very beginning. They're usually added to my "kick if they ever join my games" list. I really enjoy this game. I play it with one of my friends a lot, and its just great. Not to say that there isn't a whole lot of room for improvement. I

I just played two games in a row with wrastler, on his team. The first game, one of our teammates ran out and fought another Demi, died. Immediately, he rage quitted. The enemy started bashing down our towers, we conceded. Next game, we were doing great. Very nice match, we destoyed both sides, and then our teammate got disconnected, AI took over, fed the enemy enough money and it ended up in a loss that would've been a victory. So this post is probably the product of t

So, everyone plays DA pretty much the same way, slight variations, but no one goes for stats. So I thought I would, and tested out the build in a few games. What I found... Well honestly, its nothing special, but its decent enough and fun to play. Here's the build: Level 1: Save Level 2: Elusiveness 1 + Demon Speed 1 Level 3: Save Level 4: Save Level 5: Shadow Swap 1 + Elusiveness 2 + Demon Speed 2 Level 6: Precision 1

Sorry my post wasn't helpful in the least. You can also navigate to C:\Windows\Media\Windows Navigation Start.wav and delete it if you really don't want it around anymore. If you do this, and don't empty the recycle bin (so you can restore it if need be) and the sound still plays, then... zechio seems good at troubleshooting. Listen to him. With an nVidia Graphics card, it will have a "50" tacked onto the end if its integrated. Also, chances are, it will be a low number in a series. For example: a 6 150 is an integrated version. This means that it mooches off of the system RAM instead of having its own. If you get a 9600 or better, you won't have integrated memory. With Radeon, kind of the same thing, except I'm not sure how their name scheme goes. If it has a 9800 xxxx (anything) o

Heres the kick: Larger graphics memory? This doesn't matter at all unless you're playing at balls-ass-crazy resolutions, AND have a powerful GPU to back it up. A 9500 GT with 8 Gigs of GDDR3 (never gonna happen, but just an example) is still way way worse than a 9800 GT with 512 MB of GDDR3. Processor Speed? As long as its dual core, is 2.0 GHz or better, and has at least 3 MB of L2 cache, you're set. IMO, I'd go intel, because I just built two budget PC's with comparable specs:

[quote who="ZehDon" reply="18" id="2462097"] Quoting wallstop, reply 17I have a few friends that don't have internet access and are frustrated out of the ass that they can't play Portal or CS:S against bots, and so they usually find a hacked copy on torrent sites (getting another friend to download it for them) This is a poor, poor excuse. Steam has an offline mode that is available once you've activated your game - which is done automatically when buying online. And CS:S has bots.

First, let me say that I am happy for those people who like Steam. It indeed is a service that some believe contains benefits. However, I personally believe that the costs outweigh the benefits. Why, you might ask? 1. Steam is a purposeful attempt to kill the secondary (used) mar
