I think a hard dealine for getting matches in is the totally wrong way to go. A hard deadline for posting availability is far better. That way you don't have teams that take 17 days to not even once post what time they can play, much less agree to a time, much less show up and play the game, much less post the replays when it's done. Tournaments are about who is the best, presumably at playing demigod rather than avoiding scheduling games and and talking your way into dq

Also you have had 17 days since the results of your first round to schedule with zen. There are 5 days remaining. No one is so busy that over the course of 22 days they can't find 2 hours to play games. 528 consecutive hours your face is either in a book or in bed? C'mon, people need breaks to keep their brain from exploding.

I'd rather wait for everyone to get the games in. The last 2 rounds will take next to no time to schedule as everyone who advances is likely to be in the group of people who play nearly every day anyway. I don't think it's entirely fair for one team who actually put in the effort to make all their matches happen, to have a plethora of replays that their competitors can use against them while the lazy teams who don't bother to schedule now have the advantage of no one seeing thei
