Like everyone, I have negative thoughts and feelings. I try to address these when they arise but won't allow myself to dwell on them. Maybe I'm fooling myself, but it really works for me. I would very much like to adopt that attitude for myself. Apparently it takes "work" to change your mental habits. I'm not sure I like the idea of this "work

I was lucky enough to be at the demo with Brad and I must say the Yahoo messenger looks cool. I was skeptical at first because messenger services are pretty common and not terribly compelling to me, but their interface was sharp and they offered a number of extras that simply make the whole thing seem very well put together. Their demo changed my mind from negative to positive (although I might not immediate jump to using it), so kudos to Yahoo!
