thx jafo. i deleted it ,, i didnt have the old screen to update it .... i still cant see my new skin posted is called x mas in mechland final.. i can through the my skins link but its not on the main screen shots sectin.... and my preferences is set to show level 2 and up....and from the fact the only view its had in 3 days, was by me. makes me think that none else can see it either...
i posted a new screen shot like i always do... but this time it said it was automatically accepted and i could view it ..and i can from the my skins link ....but i cant find it if i go to the actual screen shots section....i could be goin blind tho. im not really sure at this point ..lol

u all are silly i run litestep and all the stardock extras ...the standard shell, even skined is way to boring ...i wish stardock would make a skinnable shell replacement too.. id use it ....the transparencies in L.S. are just the coolest and i can acess my system with a rt clik any where on the desktop...and doodle bugs turtlesoupII theme was the reason i tried lite step all those years ago........

ahh well il just stick to the old exe ..turtlesoup II is just to good to give up....
i was digin through sum old disks and found Doodle Bug's Turtle SoupII L.S. theme..(still my fave ) i ran the old exe and all was ok .. then i tried the new installer with the lsts .... the new lite step found the old theme but when i run the theme it seems to load ok except the images ... it finds the aliases but not the actual images so even tho the popups and stuff are there i cant see them.......ive checked the step rc and all paths are correct and im not getting any non loaded modules e
ok for starters i have a liquid cooled 2100xp,1 gig ddr,seagate u320 scsi hdd (3.6ms seek time) gf4 ti4600, with win 2000 pro..... it smokes, the most stable os ive ever run. ive left it running for weeks without a reboot. if ur having probs with ur's its probably user or hardware related. but yes im seeing both mac and M.S. hordeing intelectual property that wasent created by them..frogboy has given an example (window Fx). what i think is funny that the companys can get u all fighting and pass

but i cant figure it out. i been running sysmeterx a while now , but now if i move my cursor across it sysmeterx disappears.. when i move the cursor away it reappears a few seconds later ......i cant access the sysmeterx to change a thing .....i uninstalled reinstalled repaired nothings worked ... i even upgraded my v card drivers but no luck ....any one have any ideas ?

i found it quite sweet and well running. i have a 2100 xp, 1.2 gig ddr, 80 gig ultra 100 hdd. gf 4 4400. an it smokes. is also on the misses 1600xp, 256 mb,40 gig ultra 100, gf3 500 Ti an it runs smoothly there too. both systems are set up fer gaming an this runs well on them . it has its down falls with the graphics being a lil rough around the edges , i run MechWarrior 4 Vengeance in ultra high graphics mode in 1600x1200 32 bit an it dont have any probs.. u might need to adjust ur graph
it still not zoomin the pics it just reopens the same page in another window ..

well il say this ...i bought object desk top ..it was worth it to me to have the extras ...il buy a subscription here..why? cause its worth the extras to me .... if ya dont want the extras dont pay.. but dun gripe if ur not payin, that ur not gettin the extras .....is free ta come here but if ya want the goodies ya gotta contribute ta help pay for the extra costs ... an its not like they tryin ta break ur piggy bank ...is cheaper than a years subscription to any magazene.. and more fun <img sr
hi i just wanted ta let ya know that the zoom function in screenshots section only takes ya to the post a comment page so u cant see the full images
i have same prob but mine says 429 active x cant create object.... but i went to the screenshots pages an was able to there ..
im one of the guys that redited the sysmeter and added a right side with a bar across the top.. i cut the orig pic in ta pieces then copy an pasted them til i got the look i wanted. when i had the bar set the way i wanted i went in to the sysmeter config utility an edited the bars,histograms and the texts til i got the functions i wanted added and where on the sysmeter i wanted them. u can ad more functions to any of the sysmeters or change them to suit ur needs. but the bitmaps must be manually
actually i started editing them with the stardock editor an most have been recolorized (see my screen shot) but the Tga files arent taking with the editor .. itl open them an, colorize them, but it wont save them to where WB will use them ?? it says it saves them but most the redited tga files arent showing ..
