Holy shit did this thread bring out the hayseeds. People actually think Reagan improved this Country? LOL...Please, to anyone thinking anything remotely in this direction, talk to world economists, not right wing think tank economists heard on Hannity or Fox, and you will get a univeral answer. Reagan was extremely successful in shifting the tax burden away from Business and the Wealthy, and onto the backs of the average American. It was a brilliant idea for those that benefited (thanks

Oh you poor little chap. Voting against your own interests, keep on keepin' on. Our economy is falling to it's knees, and it's in large part due to the hand of Conservative economics since the Reagan years, continued partly by Clin

quote who="SilentStryder" comment="26"]The vote for Obama was only a landslide in the Electorate, it was pretty close in the popular vote, I mean it usually is but, just because somebody ROFL-Stomped his oppenent in the Electoral College doesn't neccessarily mean it was a landslide.
No, the popular vote was pretty substantial by comparison to recent elections.
Still suffering from Reaganomics huh? It's ok, you keep ignoring reality, I'll keep thinking the general populace is too stupid to breed. That way we can both be miserable, and I get vicious when I'm in a good mood. Aside from generic ballots being good indicators that have held up well in previous election cycles, as well as this one, there is a bit of a flaw in your logic. If McCain and Obama both tracked under the generic ballot, the

The Private Health Insurance companies are far less cost effective, and that's partly due to the billions of dollars in profit being made on the backs of people's health. The bulk of money being made is not even by the actual Healthcare workers..ie..the Doctors, Techs, Nurses, etc..etc...it's being made by the middle men. Billions of dollars in marketing and "spinning" on the news networks is spent to "keep our eyes off the ball", and distracted with side issues that aren't even

Ask the average American what's more important, the "War on Terror" or their Child's Education and College Eduction and how they're gonna afford it, or ask what's more important, affordable healthcare or Defense spending, and you'll find the country is far more "left" then it is right leaning. Ask most educated people, what's a better approach, irresponsible tax cuts in the midst of War, or an increase in taxes when in time of War to avoid DEFICIT spending. The liberals are always label

Yep, I really loved Crysis, and must have played through the SP campaign over 10 tens... I just can't wait for new content, especially the open world content. FarCry 2 looks promising too, but I think Crysis is where it's at on PC this year. Even though they say this is going to run better on our GPU's of last year, I still think I'm going to upgrade my 8800GT, it's a great card. but it's only "ok" with Crysis. I can run settings on High, but I can't even touch the AA of AF
