Yeah, colony ships are weird. Being able to fly them empty would be a great enhancement to the game.
Really? The primary role of the colony ship is to colonize, so the only advantage of flying them out empty is to explore. But with a filled colony ship you can explore and colonize a planet you find right than and there. Done this quite a lot, and it pays off.

I would Recommend Avast as well. Its continously updated, well-maintained, doesn't intefere with your stuff and easy to use. Plus its got that clicking sound from Sim City. ;)
I like the Up-keep system. Basically the more you build of unit the more its going to cost you maintain, and the more powerful units require big-upkeep. This works well, for you means you need a good economy and management to keep a stable army or a few very powerful units. A similiar method is increasing the cost of your unit like the game Rise of Nations did. Getting your first hoplite would be 50 food, 50 metal, but each additional one would cost you like a 25% increase. So your 10th
I like Blizzard, and think its neat that they're revisiting their old games. I might try this for I had fun playing the previous Diablos. I do agree, it would be nice to see Blizzard give us something new. Maybe a Turn-Base-Strategy game perhaps? As for people complaining about Blizzard fanboys, you have that problem with almost any game company. Take Relic for example. That's got a large fanbase as well and has fanboys to go with it.

Nice, and 100% agreed. :CONGRAT: I liked the whole Descent series. Its part simulation because your in a fighter, but its done in a first-person perspective and plays as such so I think it fits this topic. Even today I still have this almost over a decade-old game running and play it every now and than. The game brought something original, ex
Freespace was possibly the best Simulation game I've ever played and one of the finest made. In the Sequel it improved on virtually every part of the original game and made it even better. I'm very thankful to Hard-Light for making the mod and it goes to show how a great game it still is and what it could of been like if they updated the graphics. Its a hefty download, but well worth the wait. If you do get the game, play

I agree with you ZJBDragon about the Reputation/Karma seen it many times myself. My problem with Reputation/Thanks/Karma is that it's often abused, especially by new comers. More often than not they'll get into some arrangements to give each other Reputation, or in this case karma, so they get a high number to make them see important. The other is that sometimes people use karma (not here I have seen yet) for negative purposes. So th
Just out of curisosity: How do the young kids get the violent games in the first place? First off they need money, and they need to get to a place to get their game. Now considering this isn't difficult for a 16- year old but a 10 year-old or younger? That's a problem with the parenting, not the game. "I want to be clear.
