Playing a single player tournament is different than in multiplayer, obviously. When I played through all the single tournaments on hard (including Sedna) I did the following: 1) Max out your citadel upgrades for XP. 2) Expend extra effort to control any XP flag. This helped to offset how badly your AIs underperform. Also, get the gold upgrades. These citadel upgrades you probably wouldn't bother with in multiplayer, but
I play TB more than any other DG. Ice TB. I find that by focusing on the overrall game (wiping out creeps, citadel upgrades, assists) you can really push a game into a win. Since your greatest strength lies in your AOE, you don't need a lot of items to scale well into late game. That allows you to funnel cash into gold upgrades, flag locks, etc. Works great for me.

Hello, Been wondering why I can't seem to establish research or economic treaties with other civs. It is available as an option to give for me, but it does not show up in the other civ's negotiation screen at all... If I check the graph that shows the treaty 'web', I can see that these civs are not already giving their econ and research treaties away. What am I missing? <br/
