Isn't living at home while you're renovating a true delight.
It is seeing that I am doing all the work myself. Good to see you too, RedneckDude! I haven't totally disappeared from here, just really busy with other priorities and have had to put my blind on the back burner for now.

Sorry everyone that this is taking so long, but between remodeling my bathroom, family, work and studying for 3 exams to get my Microsoft Certified Systems Administration certification(MCSA). I haven't had any time to work on the blind. I am going to try to squeeze some time in the next couple of weeks to get some more done on it before I start on finishing my kitchen remodel (which is only new cabinets and countertops, I have already put in new tile floor, plumbing, and all the electrical).<
Oh, and what the heck are "Reserved" Frame Order areas for in images anyway?
I have noticed with the command bar buttons in win7 the "Reserved" frames when you put the image of your normal button in the first reserved spot and the mouseover in the second reserved spot it makes the button to choose icon size/details/tiles etc. act as seperate buttons.

You can install all 3 (should be ok with 64 bit and 32bit mixing)as long as they are on there own partition and you shouldn't lose anything, but it is always good to back up what you want saved just incase something does go wrong. Not sure about hooking up 2 pc's to 1 monitor, possibly could be done although I would think you would need a switch. VGA,CRT,DSUB are all the same connection just different names.

Any way to change this text? Doing it through the text settings tab in that area (Places toolbar>button) has no effect what's so ever.

Every screenshot I have shown is the blind actually applied and running ( even the original) no photoshop mock ups! For the start menu text on the programs list I had my text margin on the left in past the clear frame and the right side set in a ways and had the text set at Horizontal Alignment to align right. ( done on the background image not the item mouseover image) So yes you can center the text! As for the search box: <img src="http://img.pho

Hmm...To be honest I don't know of any other decent free editors other than Resource Hacker. Which hasn't been in development for some time now.
he has a point...this dosnt specifically look like an alien skin...the head kinda types it. But,you can easily include a substyle that includes it (or leaves it off)
I agree, it doesn't look very alienish, I just threw those in there for personal choice ( mainly the start button, didn't want the same old windows flag or the word "START" and haven't put a lot of thought on what is going there yet so then I added it to the infopane)... I'll hit those corners when I go through and fine tune areas that need it. Shouldn't be to much of a hassle..( I hope, unlike some of the other parts!) I've done so much of create, save, apply, edit, save, apply, edit, save, apply and a few changes to areas that I originaly had done that I am suprised I am as far along as I am!
