LOL I think I found the fix, or at least rediscovered it if someone else already posted something. This is exactly how things played out... I started a new game as "Bill Clinton", played 6 turns into the game. Then my wife said it's time to eat dinner. So I hit the "ESC" key which sent me back to my desktop, then I ALT+TAB back to the game. Proceeded to do a "Save Game" before exiting. Well in VA I'll be voting for Hillary tomorrow including my wife. I'm just amazed at how well Hillary is handling the losses from Obama this past weekend. She just has to hang on for the "BIG STATES" to come into play - Texas, Ohio, Penn, and Wisconsin. All of the states which she holds a decent lead. And if this election should go all the way to the convention..Guess what Puerto Rico is the last primary. And we all know Hillary is well-liked by Latinos.

I have the same problem...My only guess is because I'm running the game on Vista. I would love to hear differently though hehe until the '08 version comes out.
