Cari, you are by far the best! I love this, great guide and finally found out the values of all the numbers I had questions on! Can't wait to start trying to add in all the little bits I found throughout the game files that aren't being used like improvements!
Hey Moiiska, are you any good with any paint shop programs? photoshop or paint shop? Not saying to create one (you'd need a different program anyways) but to size and crop the picture just right if you found one? Anyway of contacting you, have found a great number of awesome pictures, and some REALLY cool (in my opinion atleast) rhino ones or rhino/alien or rhino/grotesque ones , i'm sure you'll really like atleast one but don't have a way of showing them all
If possible I pretty much use espionage on every game, starting from nearly the beginning on one civ at a time, it doesn't take long to get it up to advance if you have the slider max out, and once you reach advance you can cut spending completely and still get all its benefits, including stealing techs, so there are many games when I have ended up with much more advance techs than I currently had, possibly because I did it from the beginning though.
I have the same problem, very upsetting that even after loading it occurs again, but mine doesn't actually crash, the button just stops working, I let it sit and sit and sit, no crash, it just did not do anything. My first thought was also that the AI got stuck because nothing moved afterwards....Yes I have ALL my most updated drivers and memory is great (4 gigs of ram 4 on virtual memory)...Any idea when 1.2 will be let out? Okay, can someone PLEASE help me with this, I have not been able to play for about 4 days now...I continously crash everytime I try UPDATE the design in the shipyard. Okay, I'll take the full blame for this, I thought I'd let the more advance PC people handle reporting bugs, but I've been reading the forums and keep getting mixed reviews, and I am still crashing after 1.11 on a new game. I hope I don't look like an idiot and this turns out to be done already, but shortcut keys for doing things in the shipyard. "R" - Remove a Piece "Arrow" to move left and right through the pieces according to the top scroll. "Ctrl-S" - Save Ship That kind of stuff, Section in the shiplist to see possible ships that you need to research additional techs to get. And I'd have to say quick launch all ship is one of the best I heard so far
Before I even start to list any kind of problem, I have to say what an awesome game! I've been completely addicted and have spent probably more time building ships than playing the game since I bought it!
