thats why starbases extend range too, you can use starbases to do that so why would they need to change it? not tring to be rude but i think thats the answer the devs would give you, because there is already a viable option in the game that does what you are asking.

my only problem with the tactical view way out, is when in fleets i mix all kinds of ships a lot of the time so the pictures never really help me. and i never really know what i have in there, and if you have fleets you might not have all the same type of ship, so what does it show? say you have 2 different ships and you picked 2 different pictures, what does it do then? just wondering what the solution for that would be

that way works. ive done it all the time, just hit prnt scrn, and then either alt tab the game or just wait till you are done and paste it into paint or something else, works just fine

ii would pay for it.... except i voted no, and here's why. while i would pay $10 for it, i wouldnt buy directly from stardock. its nothing against them, i love you guys, but i prefer to deal in cold hard cash and not use credit cards, paypal... etc, whatever and buy things electronically. if i can avoid it, i always do, and thats the only thing that would keep me away from it, i just dont like online purchases. but the idea otherwise is good. and if i was cool with buying something online then

i was the one actually who quoted brad originally since he had been talking with myself and smjjames on the SDC's IRC chat and he said that he had spent so much time trying to deal with the psycho problem that he lost the time he was going to use to improve the AI, so the AI would be mostly unchanged from v1.1 to version1.2 he lost the time he planned on tweaking and making it run better and smarter. thats what marc meant

ok, i dont know if conquest wanted me to retell the story? like i said before all that stuff happened, and froboy implied that sofia in bulgaria will likely be completely banned, sofia is where psycho is. but also once brad jumped in here and gave him an answer, all he said was why but then disappeared so either they finally got him or he gave up. dont know which

read a little way up.. .about the 1.2 patch and the AI updates.... frogboy said on the IRC chat on SDC that there will probably not be as many AI changes because the psycho business used up his weekend AI changing time, or something to that effect. i quoted it directly whenever i said it early. haha its nice to see wade post more then just one comment for once.

love firefly, love battlestar, watch andromeda, have seen i think all of voyager. its unfortunate if they did kill star trek off, of course with enterprise, while it was good most of the time, they also really stretching for things to write about
