Desktop Icons in IconPackager WinCustomize Forums

Under Vista or Win 7 (mainly 32-bit) I have a hard time finding an icon package that will change the desktop icons when in View/Medium mode. If I switch the icons to small then they appear as the package indicates. It doesn't matter what package I choose, even purchased high quality I can only get a few of the icons to change like Recycle Bin. When I apply the package all the icons change except the desktop, they all go to the ugly windows defaults. I have

Ah, I feel your pain. I have a burning app that I like to have three going at one time so I click the dock icon and it launches then I click it again and it goes to the one already open instead of opening another instance of the app so I wind up going to my desktop shortcut and clicking two separate times to launch the additional two that I need. And yes, I am able to burn onto 3 DVD or CD's at the same time just not the same data! I would like to see that function improved. [e digico

Focus only on Windows Vista & 7. I'd also like a complete backup app included in OD or Impulse that would back up everything skin installed or perhaps just the themes that can be restored after reinstalling OD. I get tired of reinstalling all my favorite themes after a reformat which I do every 4 to 6 months. :)

I upgraded yesterday to v2. I'd like to know if there's a way to have just one stand alone free floating dock on the desktop to house just three of my favorite icons without the hiding dock also? In other words, do both docks have to be active when all I want is just one?

I thought it was a bad idea to promise that anyway. It is hard to meet deadlines like that unless you have a fully dedicated staff for such purpose. I think a lot of time goes towards developing those games anyway? In any case not a problem for me but I know Stardock will make it right for those that coughed up the higher bucks!
