Has anyone tied in the EC? What Happens?

Without Clouding everyones mind with statistics, at least at this point, I'm wondering what people think about the War on Drugs. Just a gut reaction at this point. Are we winning or losing? As a registered Patriot, I'd like to see the inclusion of several different parties. I'd also like to see the ability to select those parties when creating canidates. As well as an Issues balance page at start up. Similar to the current canidate creation page. On the issues the player would start with 100 pts and say 20 issues. I would say Bush clearly won. Kerry has all the advantage of hindsight and even then, what is his many "plans" in detail? Anyone can say "I have a plan" it's much harder to actually come up with and pull it off. "You can turn off the intro vid by opening the game folder and editing the prefs.cfg file with notepad (default location is C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Stardock\PolMachine\Data\prefs.cfg).
