In my opinion your an independent with conservative leanings, you should be proud of the fact that you are registered that way. The only reason I could see you registering for either of the parties, is so you my help get someone with a view closer to yours reach the General election. Just don't register for a party because you feel you must find yourself a label. That's My Two Cents PS: Pick a party and your also

Michael moore does what media is meant to be, critical and objective. I hope my media does not become like Michael Moore. I want my media to report facts, not opinion. It is interesting how a self proclaimed open minded person like

Polls show the majority of those voting for Bush did so because of "moral" reasons as reported by Draginol and the media, at large. I have issue with one thing. When the exit poll was taken the person asking what was the "MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE" only gave the following options: Taxes Educati

Doc Thanks for proving Draginol's original point. Strange that you say those who voted for Bush can't open their minds, yet I didn't see one original thing in your chanting. That's My Two Cents

i wonder what nixon's 1968 campaign operatives (kissinger and dragonlady mddm chennault were directly involved as were others) wrote in their diaries after contacting and convincing the north vietnamese to withdraw from the paris negotations until after the election that year. unlike kerry, they didnt want to bring the war to a

Just because a person does not release the info to the general public, does not mean that it won't slip out. A perfect example of this was the AAR on the events that lead to Kerry's Silver Star (You know the one that he tracked down and shot the badly wounded VC in the back while the VC was trying to find safty in a hut). Kerry refused to release the AARs for this battle(along with all the other

I view is she will never be elected. It is the Hate factor. I read an article in an early 2003 magazine (can't remember which) that said when a poll was taken and the question was "How do you feel about Hillary Clinton?" The options were Hate, dislike, neutral, like, Love. 34% of the people polled said that they hated her. In my mind, that means there is no way that they would even entertain the idea of voting for her. The poll never said

And by the way, anyone who doesn't think that every vote should be counted is unreasonable. I don't know anybody that has said on this site that every vote should not be counted. What most people that you seem to disagree with is that every vote should be checked to see if it is legal first. But the D

You're probably right, but some criteria have to be established. A good start would be having the candidates advertise what their real positions are and not hide their past until they get past the primaries. That's when the Republicans can really tear them apart to the horror of the Joe Democrat that d

As a citizen of Nevada, I was very pleased to see Tom Dazual lose his seat in the Senate. I feel that the only reason our Senator Harry Reid got reelected (without a fight) was because most Nevadans was aware of the fact that he may be the next Minority leader. I was happy at first, because that would mean a Socially Conservative moderate Democrat from my State could be one of the most powerful men in Congress or even in DC. This wou
