Have these e-mails been made public by any of the the parties involved?

Ah yes, that's Jafo's infamous Kristian Klien impersonation there.
It's the image that flashes when a non-active window is trying to get your attention. An example would perhaps be an open MSN window in the background. If you received a message, the taskbar button will flash to alert you to it. Windows alternates the images between the normal state and the flashing one.
Why does this member of WC warrant getting his post on the front page about this gadget and mine doesn't? Because his was submitted as a news item, yours was a forum post.
I think the record companies would pull in more sales if perhaps every time an artist released a single, a digital version was available for free.
They all show up fine here.
A seperate card is always the way to go for serious graphics use. For regular use, such as surfing, e-mail and maybe office software, an on-board will do fine. When it comes to gaming and similar, a seperate card will have it's own onboard memory and GPU, which takes the load off the motherboard, meaning it doesn't have to overwork itself and cost you performance as a side-effect.
As long as there are new trends for people to cash in on to reap those oh so precious 'awesome skin d00d' comments, then this crap will continue to get rammed down our throats. On the flip side, once VistaHorn is released and the fever dies down, people can go back to porting Msstyles and making logons from other peoples wallpapers.....
Because it's better than fighting a lawsuit.
It's been removed at Microsoft's request.
It's only a matter of time now before the beginning of the influx of 'ported from a Konfab widget by blah blah' DX widgets begins........
"Can I please open a folder full of jpg's on thumbnail view, and not have explorer crash, Mr Gates?"
It's probably down to Adobe's Gamma handling. There should be an option somewhere in Illustrator to edit it.
It's not from Stardock. It's almost certainly a spoofed e-mail. And the whole thing is unrelated to Stardock Central.
True. For example the io WindowBlinds skin (part of a paysuite)Link is a combination of a rather "generic" plastic and the Metal Navbar 1 Photoshop tutorial by theWebMachine Link. It´s a good looking skin, i actually really like Hippy´s semi-cartoonic style. It is not that impressive though, everyone (including me) can follow a tutorial </
Why are putting you it on this level? I could make the claim that golfing is a hobby and shouldn't be career. Yet I've never once picked up a golf club in my life, so I'm hardly qualified to make a solid claim on the issue.
" Skinning is a hobby, not a career" Nice gallery, did you spend a lot of time on your skins?
And you say I'm a strange one, John.
PixOS. It's how Windows 'should' have looked out of the box, I reckon.

Sexyness. The bar has been raised.
The 'About site' link says it all. Moderators are in charge of the skin sections overall.
7 years. And I wish I could have them all back.
What's in: Porting. What's out: Making your own skins.
