Install error

I have Win XP Pro Sp3

Each time that I try to install SkinStudio 6 free. I get this error. Could not access network location /stardock/windowblind/skinstudio6

I have been uninstalling some programs in the add / remove program. I think maybe I removed something I should not have.

I have WB 6.2 running just fine. It has my favorite theme running right now. But I would like to make a couple of changes to it.

Does anyone have an idea of what I might have done to create this problem?

Yes I have the SkinStudio Pro. And I already have Windowblinds installed. It is working.
But when I run the install for SkinStudio pro I get the error. I even tried to change the install directory. But that made no difference. I just paid for the two programs not 10 minuets ago.
So what is network location anyways?

Yes I have the SkinStudio Pro.


Seems like either a problem in your PC, or maybe you should wait someone more technically experienced to show up an answer.

Also, have you ever installed SKS6 on your PC before?

I have had the free version installed before. I just sent a support email. I hope it can be fixed. Well I know it will get fixed. I just hope it something easy!

I finaly worked it out with a tech person. I was sent an update. I installed that and now it works fine. Thanks for all the help!
