Who is both really good and wants to make some money?

I own a financial services organisation based in Switzerland and I am very interested in getting someone to design a series of skins, themes and widgets to support the launch of a new product. More importantly I am happy to pay someone / some company to create them. Not being from the software development world, finding someone is easier said than done. Does anyone have any ideas? Let me know.
