Cascade Windows at an Angle

I saw a screen shot of Cascading Windows at an Angle somewhere at this site.
Is there application that allows you to do this?
Also is there a search function at this discussion Board...I can't find one.

i believe you probably saw a post about Windows Vista, where windows can be viewed stacked, at an angle...

look at the bottom of the left column of this page for the search box
