A Resolution: Week 2

-or- positive progress

So, my second full week is over. I am feeling good. I have noticed a definite rise in my stamina when I am working out, as well as a good increase in my maxes while lifting. That is promising. Also, I have dropped another 4.4 pounds, making it 9.4 pounds for the two weeks.

One of the big things I wanted from this was to sleep better. Sadly, due to the stress of this past week, with the match and all, I slept terribly. Oh well. Hopefully that will change now that we know the results.

I didn't do quite as well last week with what I was eating, but still made progress. This is especially encouraging, as I am hoping that as I stress my intake more this week, I can increase the weight loss even more. However, I am going to have to redo the wardrobe soon. My pants are already fitting too big.

All in all, it was a good week, but could have been a bit better. Hopefully this week it will be.

Muscle is actually much heavier than fat, but it is more compact as well.  Since you are building Muscle, and losing weight, I would expect your inches to be shrinking by a faster rate!

Yeah, I can tell that I am. My clothes are fitting much more loose than would be explained by the ~10 pound weight loss. Now I just have to keep it up.
