Suggestion for Mod Editor in the game

Hi, I have often read about how stardock will offer a free expansion pack full of the trimmings a few months after initial release, What I would like to suggest is having a game mod editor directly integrated into the game..

Even the most basic of mod editors would be welcome as in Galciv 1 I did not enjoy the experience of modding "the hard way" much..
