PREDATOR WB AND CURSOR?

Can some one please please please please create a Predator: Concrete Jungle style windows blinds and matching cursor for me please, i would like it to look like when it goes into first person view. (if you need any refrance images then i can suply them). Thanks alot.

i googled for the interface but these seem to be none.... the GUI is a nice basis for the skin...
