Adding buttons help

I am trying to add a make transparant button and a URL button to window borders on a per pixel skin but the buttons don't show up when the skin is applied. Do these buttons only work for non per pixel borders (WB4).

Per pixel frames only support the close, maximize , and minimize buttons right now. Other actions can be set needs by the user in windowblinds settings/overrides.
The normal window frames still support extra buttons as they have always done.
