Question on Oversized Start Buttons

I'm trying to play around in SkinStudio, and I'm curious as how to create those wicked cool oversized start buttons. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

overlay image. make your start button, see that some of it (if oversized) is lost? The start button itself cannot be larger in height than the taskbar. Use overlay image to apply top of oversize button.

Oversized Start buttons are evil. The little sucker just sits their peeking and ridiculing me all the time.

Yes, I agree with NT and liquid...a great evil lurks therein. I haven't attempted to conquer that beast yet, but the description I gave is basically what I see in the more successfully made oversized butttonnnnsss.
