Thanks, KG. That all makes sense. Have you considered making this more explicit in the TOS? It's no fun receiving implied threats of moderator action for something that isn't clearly spelled out anywhere as a policy violation. A mom-and-pop TOS combined with a big-corporate CYA enforcement policy can only lead to trouble.
