What with 44+ degC temperature on New Year's day in northwest Sydney, I'd prefer a program that can really make it rain!

Happy New year!

You should e-mail the author that made the "snow" and see if he can do it.

I was working on a 'rain' object, but I'm still playing with ways to make the script more efficient. The main problem is that I dont want each drop to have its own script. One master controller would be ideal, and its just a matter of optimizing it from that.

Yeah. My AppLinearCalendar used to have a script for each day object. It's now in a single object.

My new version of AppLinearCalendar (unreleased- work on progress) has just 6 scripted objects to control over 70 objects. Nearly all those objects do something when clicked.

I'm thinking maybe GreanReaper's Link can be used since the flakes are customizable - switch out pngs of snow for pngs of drops?
