phpBBS admin panel not displayed when windowblinds is installed

I have just noticed that the phpBBS (php Bulletin Board) admin panel is not displayed on the left hand side of the screen when windowblinds is installed. It works fine on my normal XP Pro Laptop, it also works if I unload Windowblinds.

WB V5.0 (build 49 X86)
phpBBs V2.0.19

Which skin, or does this happen with all skins?
