3.1 Version Problems

Help: I downloaded the new version Enhanced Registered Version 3.1 (December 2005) and now it will not work. Keep getting error stating that it will close and nothing appears. Then when I re-install, all icon themes are there but if I try to add a theme it goes blank. I un-installed my previous version prior to installing updated version. What's going on, does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?
