Bush Violated the Law

Bush has now admitted he authorized the NSA to spy on Americans without the required court orders. He justifies this action to protect the United States. The truth is that there is a LEGAL process in place that allows the very same Wire Taps. Bush authorizes a process that bypassed the legal option and violated the Constitution of the United States.

Bush has set himself so that he is ABOVE the law of the United States. It is time that Mr. Bush be forced to obey the laws or removed from office! The President has a responsibility to protect our country within the Constitution of our country!

And you have violated the law by slandering the President of the United States with false charges of having commited a crime.

Bush followed the legal processes that were required, at least according to the clowns at CNN that would like nothing better than to use this as a "gotcha" that they could start to bring down his Presidency with.

Too bad you've failed again clown. Now please post more stupid articles and replies that can be marked "Trolling" as they deserve. Sooner or later you'll be in a point deficit you worthless wind bag.

We will see who is the clown. First it is not slander dummy and the fact is that there is NO authority for Bush to set aside the laws that require court orders to wire tap U S citizens. The proof this is a BIG DEAL is that in 24 Hours Bush went from " I will not comment" to an admission he approved the illegal wire Taps. Even Republicans can not believe he did that. There was a LEGAL method to Wire Tap people that could be a threat. Bush went outside the legal process and should be delt with for breaking the laws of this country.

The use of wire taps was provided for under the law. That law set up a special court to quickly review any request for a wire tap to protect us. The law even allows, in very special situations, to wire tap first and then get permission immediately seek ok after the fact. Thus you can not argue that we did not have a LEGAL way to obtain wire taps to protect us. What Bush did is ignore this law and act outside the law. That can not be allowed!
