Ah. I was having the same trouble, when I checked Zone Alarm's settings and found that I had Ad-Blocking on in full force. As a test, I set Zone Alarm to replace whatever ads it was blocking with the words 'AD' and went back to wincustomize.com Sure enough, all of the thumbnails were reported as being ads, and were being blocked. I dropped the Ad-Block setting down a notch to only block pop-up/under ads and animated ones.

Everything now works fine. Hope my experience helps.

I had a similar image problem. I could see the smaller images in the home screen and other pages, but when I went to any galleries of, say wallpapers, I would only get a small white dot shadowed dot where the image was supposed to be, but everything else was laid out fine.

I tried three browsers and numerous setting changes to no avail, so thanks for the posting about Zone Alarm Schaefnaal. As soon as I changed ZA my images came back, but now I need to figure out why and how they got reset that way. The gremlin in my unit must be bored again...

Nope, no gremlins ...I have no idea why it chooses to do it ~but my ZoneAlarm Pro does the same thing on occasion.

Annoying, somewhat ...but I put up with it.
