keyboard characters missing

hi. i have a problem i dont know if this whas something to do with the softwares that i installed but.. my keyboard's character " - is been placed on the number 2 keypad instead of the character @ , so whenever i type " , it would appear as @. and when i type @ it would appear as " - i hope get what im saying here.. haha.. sorry..

It appears that somewhere along the line, your keyboard settings have been set to those used in the UK. Should be easy to fix in the Language Bar or via the Control Panel.
