Iran's President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is at it again. Mere months after threatening to blow Israel off the map with his soon-to-be-acquired nuclear weapons, the Prez of Iran is saber rattling again.

From the New York Times:

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran expressed doubt on Thursday that the Holocaust took place and suggested that Israel be moved to Europe.
His comments, reported by Iran's official news agency IRNA from a news conference he gave in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, follow his call in October for Israel to be "wiped off the map," which generated widespread international condemnation.
"Some European countries insist on saying that Hitler killed millions of innocent Jews in furnaces, and they insist on it to the extent that if anyone proves something contrary to that, they condemn that person and throw them in jail," IRNA quoted Mr. Ahmadinejad as saying.
"If the Europeans are honest, they should give some of their provinces in Europe - like in Germany, Austria or other countries - to the Zionists, and the Zionists can establish their state in Europe."

So Israel is doomed to be destroyed by the Iranian might, but we'll be merciful. If you Europeans give them Germany or Austria, that'd be great. We certainly don't want them here, please take them away.

And they give this guy a microphone? Shouldn't the clerics have learned by now? This Ahmadinejad guy is crrrrrraaaaaazzzzzzyyyyy!

This shit is just too messed up... It looks like those dolphins (subs) from Germany may come in handy as a deterrent (second-strike)...

At least he has now a more peaceful proposal to get rid of the Jews.

If only Muhammed hadn't chosen the Jewish god as his Allah, the Muslims would now be bothering somebody else.

Israel's president is from Iran. Should he also move to Europe? What exactly is the connection between Germany and Arab Jews? Why not Iran?

I think they really underestimate how brutal war can get when it is considered justified by everyone. We're pussyfooting around in Iraq because we want the world to love us. If Iran gets into an anti-semitic religious war with Israel, they'll be reminded quite vividly how brutal and sweeping war can really be when you don't feel it necessary to worry about collateral damage.

I saw this article, and was wondering if I should blog on it.  The Guy is a total nut case!  But then most of the Iranians are as well to put up with their clerics and such!

That's a very good point.

Also note that when America talks about war with Iraq to replace Saddam Hussein, the world protests and the streets are filled with fascist and leftist protesters, united in their efforts to protect the dictator and condemn the Iraqi people to more years of torture and death. But when the Iranian president wants Israel abolished, the streets are quiet (except in Italy!).

I love it when some lefties compare Iran's position towards Israel to America's position towards Saddam's Iraq.

AS IF Iran would attack Israel to replace its current government with an elected government.

I refuse to call (only) Palestinian Arabs "Palestinians" for the same reason I refuse to use the word "Germans" to describe non-Jewish Germans only.

A Jew living in Palestine is as much a Palestinian as an Arab living in Palestine.

I am reminded of the old joke about Rabin and Arafat:

At the beginning of peace talks, Rabin interrupts the American president to tell what he thinks is an important story. "When king David took a bath in the Jordan," he said, "his cloths were stolen. And I have reason to believe that it was the Palestinians who stole David's cloths!".

Arafat was very angry and immediately replied: "That is just typical anti-Palestinian zionist propaganda! There were no Palestinians anywhere near king David at the time!"

And Rabin replies: "And with that in mind let us start the talks."

I think he was saying that since Germany thinks it killed all those Jews (remember, the Holocaust didn't happen), that it should make up for it by allowing the Jews to have Austria.... yeah, I don't see the connection either.

I also see no other Arab nations offering to take in the displaced Palestinians from way back when until now. Instead, I see Arab nations funding and arming the Palestinians to continue sectarian violence in Israel. Iran's threats are just a logical extension of that violent, murderous foreign policy.

Judging from the number of Jews in Europe and Jews in the Arab world, the Arabs must have killed quite a lot of them as well; or kept them in such bad positions that they wouldn't breed much. Perhaps that should be taken into account?

We were. That's what you become when you adopt the morals of nations that happily support regimes like Husseins and allow millions to starve in the name of "peace" and oil-for-food money.

Like all radical Muslim caliphates, Iran has a history of hating Jews. Soon they will have the nukes they need to rid the world of the "Zionists" once and for all.
