OBJECTDOCK randomly closing

I just started to use objectdock, and after not using my computer for a few hours, I come back and the dock is closed. This sometimes happens when I and using the computer also and I have to reopen it. Anyone know of why the dock would close? Also since downloading objectdock and windowblinds, if my computer is idle for a few hours it crashes - the desktop looks chopped up. I am running windows xp. I have sysstats loaded, and use a few dockets like the start menu and system tray. Any ideas of why it is crashing and why object bar is closing? thanks.

I have 6 SysStats docklets running full time with no problems. I find SysStats a great accessory for OD+.

I have sysstats loaded, and use a few dockets like the start menu and system tray.


Make sure you have the latest version of SysStats (2.5.8 available here https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=4271&LibID=29) and the latest version(s) of your docklets.

Just remove the docklets one by one to find which one is causing the problem. You may find an alternative or get the docklet writer to update it.

It's been a couple months.....but I believe the weather and the blister pack net montiors both resulted in the described problems for me. I got tired of chasing down the culprit each time I modified a theme. I found it easier to run Sysmetrix and leave Systats out of my docks.
