Auto download IP package?

Had a graphic problem using Firefox. The Forum Menu was trying to twin itself. So I was using different browsers to see if happened anywhere else. When I brought up WC Browser and clicked on News/Web Browser I started to get a download of of a Icon Package I already have, DE Metal Black V15. I hardly ever use WC Browser and can't remember whether I started a download and stopped it at some time and closed the browser or what "?". This is the only thing I can think of that would cause this. Cleared up the graphic problem on Firefox by clearing cache, I think, it has been intermittent.

I opened up my WC browser earlier today and it tried to download Aquarium Desktop 2006 for me. That was the last thing I had downloaded using my WC web browser, but that was almost a month ago and it's been so installed since that time. Closed out WC and reopened it and nothing...maybe just something amiss with the browser and connection to the WC servers?
