When I add the Docklet "SpeedFan Display" its says "! SpeedfanTraySvc MISSING !"

When I add the Docklet "SpeedFan Display" its says "! SpeedfanTraySvc MISSING !" What does this mean. Why does the docklet not work. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I'd assume the docklet require a program to allready be installed.
