Rogues = Death

Throughout my experience in WoW, I have developed one hate for the game.

Rogues.

Everytime I come across a rogue, no matter how much I pull out, they still end up killing me with the almighty DPS machine they are. With all the tricks up their sleeve, it's no wonder that they are such awesome characters to run. I can't really enjoy them until I make one though so there is no room for complaint.

What's even worse is when they have assistance. When you have both hands tied behind your back, there is no way to defend and you might as well go grab a coke and some snack food to watch the ensuing battle.

On a lighter note, I've managed to reach the not-so-exalted level of 35 yesterday. Only 5 more levels and I can get myself a Warhorse. The perks of being a paladin are far and few between. At least I can save my wealth on the momentual transition to plate armor.

Also, I managed to reach the 100 gold mark. I celebrated by leveling both my paladin and priest by one level, although it didn't take my priest as much due to the fact that he was only at level 6.

Well, nothing much happens from now on out.

Soon, I will have my own computer and be able to play WoW at a more leisurely pace.

Don't worry almost everyone on the horde hates you for being so hard to kill. I play an alliance rogue so I know what you meant but we CAN be killed, just a Paladin isn't the best class to do so. Mages/Warriors and Hunters always give me the most trouble, once I learn to stay out of range of execute better I should be able to do better against warriors.

I have/had a 60 rogue, we are actually not that hard to kill. A good pally will be able to kill a rogue most of the team, because you can just bubble and heal over and over and over again. 60 is where everyting changes.

Yeah, even though it seems like at a mid-level, rogues have more dps capabilities to waylay almost any class, as we get higher in level, paladins get more armor and health so we can stay alive a lot longer.

Also, the shield always helps.

Basically all Paladins do is just LIVE longer than a rogue. You guys can never compete with us on DPS but since you make the battle take 10 minutes we finally die

Make sure you turn on your ret aura. The little nicks on them for hitting you will add up. Use short cast heals, since they have so many ways to interrupt. While the cooldown is outrageous, Lay on Hands is handy.

And lastly, /shield /hearth

HAHA! Although, that usually makes them run to boards and call you names.

Consecrate is also a good rogue deterrent.

Found one last night and offed him pretty quickly.

OK its raid time, awesome , 730 pm EST . I log on, first thing i get is a long queue im waiting 15 minutes for that.

Once im past that , im at Retrieving Character List, oh my god, its longer a wait than the queue. Its atleast a 15 minute wait there..

Wait im not done.. once my characters appear , I select theone i want... the load screen , the blue bar fills up, and thats a 10 minute wait also ...


Sooo lets see . 15 , 15 , 10 , thats 40 minutes to log on. Considering I only have about 1 hour to play maybe 2 hours a night, spending half of it on stupid queues, and server lag , retrieving chr list , load screens, this is completely unacceptable.

Blizzard, i dont know exactly what the deal is with your alls servers and networking, but I do know this, As much money as you all rake in per month, i cant seem to understand why you all cant have top grade running servers, or find a solution to the server hang ups ..
All i know is its starting to get old, i dont have much time to play, i spend most of it at the retrieving character screen, load screen , and queues, that its not even worth logging in anymore, and if i cant log in, then why am i paying to play a game i cant even play ?
So there fore it may come down to me having to move on to some other game. I dont want to, but your alls log in times are too ridiculous .
