Unable to register my copy of Gal Civ

Hi Stardock.
I bought a Jaguar entertainment copy of Gal Civ but am unable to register it. It comes with serial code. I have contacted Stardock support in the past but this hasnt been resolved and I have tried every combination of digits. Hope that you can help.
