no icon package was found in the file???

I was pleased when I found to download the iconpackager v3.00a a few days ago...

but unfortunately when I loaded icon files one by one...from the 6 or 7 of them it warned me that no icon package was found in the file which worked normally when the iconpackager version is v2.5...

I still prefer to use v3.00a now,can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? or unless tell me what's the reason

I've read elsewhere that some of the icon packages made for previous versions do not work in IconPackager 3, unless they have been updated. You could check in the IP library to see if the one in question has been.

so u mean I can't use the one that no image shown in the icon explorer any more???

so many...even the "smile)))" icon package either...

furthermore,I couldn't change the "avi" file's icon, but normal to other file format.
is this associated to the iconpackager?
