Test Skin not working

Guys...the test skin option isn't working...I get a nice little notice that I should advise Microsoft of the problem.
Am using 4.9.0 build 1084. It was doing the same thing on WB5 when I tried it out. Forgot to mention that I tried the uninstall, reinstall of the program and the problem persists.

Could you be more specific as to the variables of your situation? What skin you're trying to test? Have you tried other skins?

Which version of Windowblinds and which version of Windows (including service packs) are you running?
