Not so great today. At suppertime I had one of my biggest problem foods, hehe...spaghetti. Ugh.

Breakfast:

4 cups of coffee (fixed the usual way): 120 cal
2 slices centercut bacon: 50 cal
Nestle Crunch Bar (bad, I know): 220 cal

Lunch:

Sandwich (sourdough bread, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard): 249 cal

Snack:

Banana: 105 cal

Supper:

2 serv. (1/4 of box) angel hair noodles (some kind of supercharged, wheat-y kind): 400 cal
1 c. canned spaghetti sauce: 160 cal
1 slice sourdough bread: 70 cal

Total Calories Today: 1,374

I went over my target of 1,200...but it wasn't so bad that it's going to mess up my week. It's still nearly 900 calories less than a more calories in than out kinda day. Meh.

Any diet that doesn't give ya flex now and again isn't worth it's salt, if ya ask me.

2 slices WW wheat toast - 1.1
1 tbsp Polaner All Fruit - 8

Medium sized red potato - 2
1 tbsp fat free sour cream - .3

2 oz pasta - 4.1
2 oz sauce - .6
1 tbsp grated parm - .6
one piece garlic bread/butter - 3

30g pretzel sticks - 2.1
Tangerine - .9
WW icecream sandwich - 2

One large DD coffee w/cream - 4.4

48 oz water
