Hmmm, it seems the government *has* done something right. It seems that:

-Am i correct in saying that bush wanted lower taxes, and to get the economy to grow?

This is great news IMO, although it is believed that, quote: this year's deficit is likely to be swelled by $30bn of spending on post-Hurricane Katrina reconstruction. (now, can 'colgate', errr, col gene refute the evidence in this article?)
