Not sure if I'm a "true conservative" myself, definitely to the right though.... Which is pretty much what I think Prs. Bush is... to the Right, but not a Conservative.

Not sure if I'm a "true conservative" myself, definitely to the right though.... Which is pretty much what I think Prs. Bush is... to the Right, but not a Conservative.

My answer is no.

Bush is a party man, and a politician. Since the party he proclaims allegiance to--the Republican Party--is the major coalition faction that most closely aligns with my conservative principles, I tend to vote for his party, and to support his administration. But it's not like I believe that he's always going to do the correct thing according to conservatives. In fact, he doesn't always do the conservative thing.
