Hmmm, if the elephant is injured, I wonder how that donkey that has no message other than, "at least I ain't an elephant" is doing lately. Haven't heard much from that poor creature lately.... except when Moore, Dean, Sheehan, Jackson, Sharpton, Farakhan and a few other whiney hatemongers are braaying for it.

The elephant may be needing some healthcare, but the donkey's stuck in the bog making a lot of noise but saying nothing.

It's simple. The cartoon means that if the administration had spent more money on health care, Saddam would have stopped killing Shi'ites and Katrina wouldn't have happened.
