WinCustomize Subscription not activated totally

Hello:

I purchased WinCustomize Subscription, Object Desktop and ObjectDock Plus today. In the automatic email, I received a registration code for ObjectDock Plus, a link to a download for Stardock Central, but no registration code for Object Desktop and absolutely no information regarding WinCustomize Subscription. I have had this free account on WinCustomize for a while and expected that it would update, but when it didn't, I signed up using another email address and cross-referenced my new ObjectDesktop account. Neither of them seem to have full access, they both still say "Click here to subscribe and get rid of ads" and I can't upgrade from the shareware WinCustomize Browser in Stardock Central.

Great software... I can't wait until you get my account set up. I would prefer to use this account for the subscription and just delete the other one.

Perhaps the WinCustomize Subscriptions need to be manually activated? I imagine I'll have to wait until business hours to get a resolution, but any helpful feedback is appreciated.

As stated in IRC (twice), email [email protected] or [email protected] for assistance. It will be looked into as soon as possible, but it CANT be checked until regular Stardock business hours.
