So, by "other regimes", I assume you're referring to Bush 41, who kicked Saddam out of Kuwait and oversaw the collapse of the USSR and helped with the transistion to democracy there. And of course Ronald Reagan, who made America strong and Americans (at least those of us who love our country, anyway) proud again, and dilligently worked until he'd initiated the toppling the USSR to begin with. Yeah, these were definitely bad guys and deserve to have their names dragged through the mud.

Other countries? Hypocrisy? How about the hipocrisy of Oil for Food? How about the hipocrisy of "supporting" sanctions against Iraq, while at the same time taking their money by selling them the implements of war, an action which undermined everything the UN was supposedly trying to do there?
It's on our administration to set a future policy wherein we work with the rest of the world, rather than fight them in a losing and hateful battle that has no end. Frankly, I do not see this present administration being capable of the honesty, sincerity, or necessary worthiness to accoplish that task. They need to go.[/quote

See, have some patience. What your side seems unable to grasp is that they WILL go....in a little over three years. Then there'll be someone else for you to worship unconditonally of revile out of hand. Give it time; the system works. It just didn't work for you that last two times. I didn't work for me in '92 and '96. I hated it, but I had patience, and got what I wanted. 'Good things come', dearie...'good things come'...
Dabe, what will hapen to the world when we're not here anymore? It will probably happen eventually, if you and your side keep up your activities.
The entire world, for all their hatred and animosity toward us, turns to us in time of need for everything....and gets it.
This is because we, while the richest and most powerful people in the world, are also the ones with the biggest hearts and widest wallets. The world without the US will be a living hell. We, the United States of America, are one of the strongest glues that holds Western Civilization together. When we're gone dabe.....that's it.
