ObjectDock 'went crazy'

ObjectDock is acting crazy... When I use the taskbar dock to switch to another running window it appears for only half a second and then goes back to the first window. I'm using the always on bottom layout because it's irritating when the dock stays on the screen after starting/maximizing a docked program in the Z-Order layout. What can I do to fix that? (either the always on bottom or the Z-order layout)

Also, I'm sick of having maximized windows with the title bar UNDER the taskbar (which is put in the top)

Do you have 'keep on top' selected in taskbar properties?

Are using OD free or plus?

As far as the taskbar, sometimes if it's checked : unchecking and applying, the rechecking and applying 'wakes it up' so it acts right.

Works as advertised here with OD+... Which programs are you trying to switch between for example (i.e do they have internal 'keep on top' settings?)

What exactly is "a docked program in the Z-Order layout"? When I click on a running task icon it comes to the top. What behaviour are you specifically wanting?

I know you said you don't want autohide but I don't need any other solution: autohiding 'tasks' dock set to 'always on top' works will all combinations of maximised/normal/minimised windows. Pops up when you mouse-over and hides when you mouse of (after selecting the app) - what's wrong with that?

I'm using OD free.

"a docked program in the Z-Order layout" meant "A docked program WHILE USING THE Z-Ordering layout instead of the Always-on-bottom"

Hope that clears things up.
